Jan. 24 (UPI) — WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange gained a felony victory on Monday in his bid to avoid being despatched to the America to face espionage charges, as a best British courtroom ruled that he can appeal extradition.
The Top Courtroom in London ruled that Assange, who is been in jail for nearly 3 years, can appeal his extradition to the U.K. Preferrred Court. On The Other Hand, the British high court should agree to accept the attraction, which it has not but performed.
