U.S. charges second suspect in assasination of Haitian president

Jan. 20 (UPI) — The United States Of America has charged a 2nd suspect in the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise, the Justice Division mentioned Thursday.

Rodolphe Jaar, a 49-year-antique dual Haitian Chilean citizen, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with conspiring to devote murder or kidnapping outdoor the U.s.a. and providing subject material support leading to demise, knowing or proceeding that such material enhance can be used to organize for or perform the conspiracy to kill or kidnap, the Justice Division said in a press release.
