Feb. 7 (UPI) — The U.S. Best Court on Monday dominated that a congressional balloting maps drawn up through Alabama Republicans can stay in position.
The high court docket voted FIVE-FOUR to maintain the maps, with Justice Brett Kavanaugh writing that a lower court’s order to have the maps redrawn so on the subject of election day could lead to “disruption and unfair outcomes for applicants, political events, and electorate, amongst others.”
