AccuWeather meteorologists are carefully tracking the development of a sneaky southern storm that would brush portions of the mid-Atlantic with icy stipulations and unharness another round of collecting snowfall in New England early this week.
The storm was once slowly beginning to take form off the east coast of Florida on the end of the weekend. Spotty showers had been breaking out around the Sunshine State as the storm started to organize.
