Lawmakers seek ways to bolster nation’s recycling efforts

WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 (UPI) — Lawmakers on Wednesday took steps that would shut gaps in data on recycling amenities and techniques in the America and supply investment for pilot programs to enhance recycling in underserved communities.
