Gregory McMichael withdraws hate crimes guilty plea in Ahmaud Arbery killing

Feb. FOUR (UPI) — Gregory McMichael has withdrawn his goal to plead accountable to federal hate crime fees within the killing of Ahmaud Arbery, in keeping with court data filed Thursday night.

McMichael attorney A.J. Balbo informed U.S. District Court Docket Judge Lisa Wood that McMichael is about to stand trial at the hate crime charges next week.
