Jan. 20 (UPI) — The “Doomsday Clock,” a symbolic reminder of the worldwide risks to mankind, remained at ONE HUNDRED seconds to nighttime on Thursday, bringing consideration to the threats of local weather change, nuclear weapons and other “disruptive technologies,” the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists mentioned.
The Doomsday Clock, created in 1947, known its seventy fifth anniversary by announcing the emergence of misinformation sped up the transfer towards around the globe catastrophe. The bulletin mentioned it has presented “a corrupted information ecosphere that undermines rational resolution-making.”
