WINTERS — Cal Fire crews from the Sonoma-Lake-Napa unit and local agencies are battling a vegetation fire Saturday afternoon burning in the hills west of Winters and Vacaville.
The fire had consumed approximately 70 acres with zero percent containment by 4:15 p.m.
Drivers in the area are advised to use caution and let emergency vehicles pass.
