CDC investigating Listeria outbreak in packaged Dole brand salads tied to 2 deaths

Feb. FOUR (UPI) — The Facilities for Disease Keep Watch Over and Prevention is investigating a Listeria outbreak hooked up to Dole packaged salads that has been associated with two deaths and 17 diseases.

The CDC mentioned THIRTEEN of the 17 individuals who fell ill throughout THIRTEEN states wanted hospitalization. The recalls of the packaged salads began in December with the “very best if used by” dates from Nov. 30, 2021, thru Jan. 9.
