Jan. 19 (UPI) — The Biden management plans to make use of $3 billion over 10 years from the bipartisan infrastructure regulation to launch a comprehensive response to a worsening U.S. wildfires predicament.
Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said in an announcement Tuesday the new strategy seeks to “significantly building up fuels and forest health therapies to address the escalating crisis of wildfire risk threatening thousands and thousands of acres and numerous groups around the U.s..”
